In Singapore we have 2guards in every school ...thou they are not armed they are more like ceremonial sentry manning the main gates and chasing the parents .. . The US should get ex police or military men/women as armed officers in every school and campus ...it will also create jobs and keep the place safe ... Or create a division in police academy to train a group jus for this better safe than sorry ...
