Seen it in normal ones and also 5 stars hotels ...

Next time you see another one do it ! Find the nearest shop buy and feed it or start a group in the campus ...doing nothing not going to stop this problem...i've saved 4 kittens their mum and various dogs ,i called the SPCA to pick them up. Start from somewhere ,if you see a human injured or bleeding ,wont you help ? Humanity comes from us ,Dont except someone else to help .sorry if I intrude your space .

I fight my demons with music and sports like badminton and soccer .nowadays it's CS with everyone in Blogs and poetry ,and sometimes polls .get involved as much as you can and welcome to CS !
