Your so right get up and get on with life it makes you more focused to achieve your goals, laid off 4 years ago couldnt turn on a computer finishing a computer maintenance,networks and installation course after achieving Comp TIA A+ & Network+ just stay positive and if people are telling you negative things just give them a wide berth and enjoy life to the fullest thats the trick get out and look to the future not the past started back at the TKD havent trained in over 15 yrs loving it again alot of weight to shed thats my new goal for the next few years after shedding a bit more to go
thank you for your words of encouragement we will just have to keep trying away, rejection makes you stronger I suppose being single all my life doesn't help but as they say it's a learning process everyday brings new challenges
It's a programme on the local TV station RTE where people that are over weight are weighed and given a programme to follow with exercises you pick a member on the site and follow them they also give you a shopping list of what food to buy and put up the recipes everyday and show you how to cook the food the contestants are put through rigorous fitness tests and weighed every week on the show and get advice from the panel and sometimes they are told the truth and it hurts but it gets the whole country out of there comfort zone and shows them the benefit of a healthy diet and exercise.
