My respect of Nancy. Yes Kazakhstan the developing country, I think will pass yet a lot of time, these ships will find the owner. Or China will redeem. All metal junk bought China, except these ships. And not junk it is sold there. There were cases when the train couldn't go further as rails stole. Now it everything behind though still sometimes steal. And many people were lost because energized stole electric wires.
