Following a path
Just a few years ago, I was quite happy with where my life was going... enjoying the ride. The opportunities and the challenges were always there, but one day I realised , after it was made blatantly obvious to me, that something was missing. What was missing is that I had always had someone to traverse through life with. Someone stopped me cold one day when they asked me if my travels, my challenges in life wouldn't mean more if I had someone to share those moments with.
His perspective was noted. I have mostly traversed my life alone... There are common analogies such as the lone cowboy, the silent soldier, the recluse, the hermit, the troll under the bridge... and well ... I have actually compared myself to that last one on many occasions. Who the hell is that goat trip trappin' over my bridge?!?
But that's why we are all here, isn't it? To find that someone who makes our journey worthwhile and maybe we can add something to their life and find our best friend.

I haven't seen a lot of New South... but everywhere I have been in Queensland I love, and I love South Australia... and Tasmania. It seems I am easily pleased.

Very Nice Pictures
hmmm.. a few complains..,thats fife, but let me quote Amelia Earhart "Adventure is worthwhile in itself."....
enjoy your day, and ...you know...yes,... that !!..
If you don't have a special someone, do your own thing and enjoy life, travel, etc., and maybe then you'll find your best friend.
It is always nicer to have somebody to share with, but would he have been happy with someone who is naver at home?
Maybe some jobs are meant to keep you alone, if not lonely.
Not all of my trips are alone either, I have friends that occasionally go away with... I often choose to be alone, because that's the only way I will meet new people, by exploring outside of my comfort zone.
Ummka...you are most welcome. What a beautiful picture you have there!
