Have you ever wondered?
...Ever wondered why some people appear to get exactly what they want in life... that things just sparkle for them? They appear not to struggle with life, money, friends... the world seems to glow for them?Determination plays a big part in our existence... Not letting the little things get us down. Allowing ourselves to make mistakes and forgiving ourselves for them. Learning. Evolving. Positive behaviour often breeds positive results.
I believe 2014 will be what we make of it... I want to wish you all a Happy New Year and wish you the very best for it.

Happy New Year... not so long now I guess?
It is not so much luck but acute awareness at all times. They place themselves in places of opportunity and can adapt to situations always learning as they go along.
These are always very discerning people , who can reason well . They automatically adapt to life's challenges and can find solutions easily . Optimistic people who can face challenges easily .
Happy people make themselves happy , successful people make themselves so .
Look and learn , it can happen to you to if you want it .
Your observations however are quite astute. People who believe in themselves will succeed.

I can tell by your blogs and responses to people you already have success. I read from your recent experiences you have a life you are in charge of. If success were to be measured by other people's standards, I am not sure I would meet their standard. However, as I don't live to other people's standards ... I am happy with where I am. I always try to look for the bright side of any situation.

Redex... The sign? The photo I have up? Mike actually took the photo. We went to Walhalla for the day and this is outside of the Wally Pub, it's where we went for lunch. Walhalla is a mountainside town with only 20 residents. The town is full of heritage buildings and there is an old railway there. It's a lovely place to go for a day out.

and find new places to hide bodies...It's interesting how some people hide behind facades... or like Hyacinth Bucket , they create the illusion they are something other than they are. Keeping up appearances.
When I look around me, I know that my friends have problems to resolve, but life is balanced... we can't have everything all of the time. I wouldn't personally want to be wealthy and it often surprises people to find I don't take Lotto tickets. I have never thought anything was meant to be easy in life for me.
I think you should set the example for us, K... and continue to sparkle.
Just back from a night with my oldest friends in Germany, it is great to see that some couples are happy and pulling together.
I agree we can't have everything and we need a balance - I can live with some aspects of my life going well and others not so well, it's just miserable if all is bad.
