Spring has Sprung
There is something incredibly alluring about Spring. It's my favourite season... The weather is erratic. One day will be superb, the next... there will be a thunderstorm... and sometimes you can have both on the same day.And then... there's the flowers... My garden is so incredible at the moment. I come home to a heady, scentual (Yes, I made the word up... but it's suitable) experience.

What am I doing here?
Autumn has an appeal to... the crunching leaves under your feet, the fresh cool air.
We skipped spring into an early summer, already facing a second heat wave! Experienced our first, typical, early summer thunderstorm yesterday. I love rainy days and stormy nights.
Spring is an enchanting season indeed. The beauty and energy is almost tangible.
Enjoy your 'scentual' garden
Thank you.
Thank you.
I would probably be out walking along the beach in a storm...
yes walking on the beach is nice but also near me is a stoney beach when the tide is rushing in the sound of the stones rolling over each other with the movement of the waves is amazing
You are a Sailor at heart... do you want some spinach?
indeed Spring is a beautiful season --although here in Ireland it can be erratic to say the least ! --we had hailstones in April here during our last spring !
Your garden sounds wonderful Abagail --enjoy the sights and the "scentual " perfumes !
Just as the flowers blossom, doesnt love at spring time?
The scent of all those beautiful smelling flowers that adorn the gardens, bringing to life a gift that is hard to match.
Maybe spring is for the romantics, those that enjoy love in their hearts and music in their minds.
Ah springtime, what a great time of year, no matter where on earth you be.
Hailstones... now THOSE I could do without. I think they would hurt Wolfy ( my car) ... and I wouldn't like that.
The scents are pretty incredible... it is so nice to get home from work and wander around my garden at the moment.
It's nice to see you by the way, but should you not be out tonight ?
Now where would i be tonight?
It's not as if i havent been trying to get out.
there's this lady that i have been asking out for a coffee for a while now, but she chooses to gallivant around the world.
I'd love to share a coffee with her this spring, but alas, she has much to do herself, so tis me, Matilda and Keisha.
I did spend time with the beautiful Princess Trinity (granddaughter) earlier tonight.
... AND it is Friday night, so naturally I would assume you have been out for after work drinks.
If the truth be known, i have actually been off work all this week due to a slight muscle strain in my back.
Not sure how i did it, and before some start to suggest ways that it may have happened, i can assure all that bedroom games was not and is not a factor.
I think it may have happened when i was playing with the dogs last weekend.
Seriously though... I hope you feel better soon.
dogs plural, Well Keisha is a German Sheppard i inherited off one of my daughters when she moved out and Matilda of course is my Dingo,
Maybe i should have said when i was playing with my Dingo and dog,
As for being right, yeah alls well i guess, a little spasm here and there, but nothing life threatening.
