Spring has Sprung
There is something incredibly alluring about Spring. It's my favourite season... The weather is erratic. One day will be superb, the next... there will be a thunderstorm... and sometimes you can have both on the same day.And then... there's the flowers... My garden is so incredible at the moment. I come home to a heady, scentual (Yes, I made the word up... but it's suitable) experience.

Michael, you do sound pretty romantic. I love storms too. They really rage here! Thunder is so exhiliarating!
Love the blog Abagail and your roses too!
Enjoy your spring.. it looks such as a lovely season as reflected through the flowers
I guess you're lucky in Oz this year. So far we had one or two pleasant days. Our notorious August winds and rains only came towards the end of September. Today started with much promise and I took a walk to the supermarket (before lunch) without a jacket, but soon regretted it.
Right now it is overcast, windy, cold and unpleasant. We had snow on the mountains just a few weeks ago and that was unusual for September. No, our spring has not arrived yet. We planned to go out fishing today, but the wind did not permit us to go out on the sea.
Have a great weekend.
Catfoot --- This has nothing to do with luck... Every year in October, my garden bursts forth in flower , the birds chirp all day... it's spectacularly beautiful.
However, I actually find dismally cold weather to have a charm all of it's own. Sorry you missed out on your fishing trip.
It's autumn season over here. I love autumn and winter it's much cooler and drier
But in my own backyard, I favour Spring.
( So much for saying you were a romantic )
