h loneely under safety health and welfare at work act 2005 in ireland it is a legal requirement to train employees in manual handling to prevent back injuries in the workplace and this has to be done every 3 years i think this program should extended to national school kids from 12 upwards so this would reduce the risk injurt if trained at a young age in proper lifting technique
thanks itchy and peace we would be chatting on the phone quite regularly but now ive seen the bigger picture other friends tried to get involved i told them no to stay out of it as it would lead to ppl taking sides
i went to a meeting organised by pof two years ago to my dissappointment they all seem to be couples that were all set up bar a few blokes that were single who turned up in the hope of meeting someone it was like a harem everything goes lol but i do miss the chatroom there was some grt ppl in it and that contact is gone because most of them left and are no longer on cs
