Do you feel the panic during the day as well? If you do its probably panic attacks. I found a very good book called 'When Panic Attacks' by Aine Turbridy, It has helped me a lot. Hope you get it sorted soon whatever the problem is hug

I understand your pain, I gave my son's friend a home for a year when his parents threw him out, then he robbed from me, I thought of him as my second son and was very hurt when he did that to me hug
