I am not getting it. The nun is buying zip lock baggies, some coffee, a jar of jam and some pudding. Also what looks like a small boxed bottle of Aspirin. Where is the controversy?

I still don't get it but I'm probably looking for the wrong stuff. I'm not familiar with overseas brand names so half the stuff there I don't know.
