Hi I have been through a rough time in the last few weeks with love and health I feel I know what you are saying. When one is at peace with oneself whether it be love or health it can be a life changing experience all I know when you are there you see your life through different windows your thoughts are different your mind is a amiss with wonder and disdain you are with someone else and then ag its not you drift in and out of calm and then anger with yourself be at solace be at peace be loved be not loved be you and then be forever in peace love is the key peace is the answer.
Love all as they will love you. Non aggression will overcome.

Had this week off theraphy feeling very strange wonder what this science is going through me wake at night nightmares see my mother and father in a very strange light wonder in and out of sleep. Do this people really know what they are doing they seem so young and every day a different face. They ask well how are you doing what is that ? to that I dont know do they? Are we going through the motions and why is every one smiling when you are done and they mark your card and tick another session off.
