It is not ebay that cannot be trusted it is the sellers who trade there. I know of 2 cases of folk paying for goods that turned out to be either fake or never arrived. I stopped using it 3 years ago and wont do so ever again.
I regard Christmas as the most commercially hyped up event of the year. Nobody knows for certain when the kid was born anyway. How can you celebrate the birth of a kid born out of wedlock?. Imagine what would happen today if your spouse told you that she was pregnant and you are not the father. Then add to that the fact that there was no documental proof that Mary and Joseph ever bothered to tie the know anyway. Where is the supporting evidence???
If they had called the Inn in advance they would have got a booking. Divine Intervention would have prevailed. How can any father stand by and see his son born in a stable. Why was the midwife not sent for ???
Christmas for me is a non-event, if somebody wants to go out and waste hard earned money on presents that is their choice. Count me out!!!
I have been on Asian Dating sites for some time and I agree that you have to be careful. I met my lady friend in July 2013. We had a great time together in Bangkok. She is 28 years younger than myself. A few months later we had a fallout. What I did not know was that the Thai language does not translate to English very well so the meanings of emails were distorted. I then found a Filipina who I am now convinced was an opportunist . Her jealousy drove me back to my Thai lady. To my surprise almost 12 months after I upset her she still has strong feelings for me. She knows that all I can do is go there and return so a marriage is not on the cards. All I can do is await further developments.
I don't know about a single that sets any heart racing. However I know an advert that makes me want to put my foot through the screen every time it is shown. It is an advert for a well known firm of opticians yet it pokes fun at the visually impaired of which I am one.
We seem to have forgotten something. In the 21st century women are equal to men. Equal when circumstances suit it would appear . I never was old fashioned and never will be . If women want equality to me then they don't get any favours. It is pointless saying that you are old fashioned because I wont believe it. Old fashioned guys are a thing of the past. All the women's libbers never thought that there principles could backfire on them. Good luck to you if you find one but you will have a long wait.
I am 69 , married twice never had any kids by either wife. Do you know how much money that has saved me????

Well I have had folk use emotional blackmail " Who will look after you when you grow old"? What if her health goes before mine and I end up her carer. My second wife died at 51 and at 69 I am in superb health. I am no better of f now than what I would have been had I never remarried.
Why is Christmas celebrated on December 25th??? The calendar had not been invented then and to make matters worse the Registrar of Births Deaths and Marriages was not even around to issue a Birth Certificate. I admit I am an aetheist but at least I don't make a hypocrite of myself by celebrating Christmas.
