Why is Christmas celebrated on December 25th??? The calendar had not been invented then and to make matters worse the Registrar of Births Deaths and Marriages was not even around to issue a Birth Certificate.
I admit I am an aetheist but at least I don't make a hypocrite of myself by celebrating Christmas.
Christmas is not the birthday of Jesus Christ. When Constantin realized the power of Christianity wanted to made it the religious of his emperor. People believed than in different religiouses. He mixed Christianity with the other beliefs so that people could accept Christianity. Dec 25 is the birthday of the Son. He mixed religioses. Jesus taught we should love each other always not only for 3 days. I am a believer as I experienced God He changed me to be a better person than who I was before. But I agree with you people hipocret who keep Christmas. God bless you all.
Get over yourselves. Christmas doesn't have to be a religious holiday. It is a time for family and friends and spending time together for some of us.
