I can fully relate to this .. the exact same situation. I have learned to deal with stress. with depression by watching youtube videos and information for self growth..
Today im have a more positive idea of life. Im more easily to forgive and a lot more positive ideas into my head.
I've read about "changing the negative cd " that our subconscious mind has recorded with the years.
I treat myself much better and people are starting to notice it.
