You can trust on the lessons above. I had my back pain many years ago, then there was a friend giving me a lesson similar to two videos above, but only showing by pictures, drawing, had not been good and clear videos as such. I was trying my best, and just about some months then, my back pain has been cured. Since then, I still regularly maintain practicing the lessons everyday. My back is very good now, even now I can swim well without no any back pain anymore.
