The real problem is that infinite or infinity is not a real mathematical entity unlike 0 or any other quantity. It is undefined. So we have this dilemma of infinities of equal value, infinities larger than others and so on. Sometimes, dividing by infinity might leads to zero or rather tend to but not always. The philosophy is a bit lacking at the moment.
One therefore must conclude that statements like: "love is infinite" might be suitable if one wants to romanticism the animalistic emotions and feelings or perceptions associated with the human (perhaps not exclusively) condition however, from a purely philosophical point of view, they are entirely meaningless.
"I have a very strong overpowering personality dominating the men."
That translates to:
"I am overbearing and domineering.. that is why I can't find a chap who'll stick around for more than 3 seconds before running for the hills. Thank god for vibrational technology."
RE: If the gradient is
@Kenwhy 0.1/23.3 or 1/233?
You said "1 inch of rise every 23.3 inches" that implies that the sides of the triangle in question are 1inch (vertical) and 23.3 inches (horizontal).
PS: The hypotenuses of a right angle triangle has to be larger (in magnitude) than either of its sides.
