I think a lot of profiles (including mine) have not been used for a year or two. The Virus made travel almost impossible. What is the point of spending time on a connecting web site, when you cannot connect in real life? That you write something to a profile without getting a response can happen at any social media site. For the moment, I'm happy with the response rate.
