Frankly, bad grammar and bad spelling turns me off too.
Come on folks, English is not that complicated, trust me. I learned English on my own when I came to this country. I was 21 and, guess what else, dyslexic.
Is it that much of an effort to open a dictionary or use spellcheck?
I feel it is a bit of an over-kill; too many platitudes will make you come across as phoney. I also feel it is too lenghty. They'll probably stop reading the letter after the 3rd paragraph. Could you be more concise?
I would skip the paragraph about renting is a waste of money. They know that, that's why they came to the open house.
Just stick to why this is a buyer's market. How you can help making the buying process less complicated/easier. Let them know you are available to answer any questions.
All right, you twisted my arm, tell me about your funniest deer hunting story.
I enjoyed reading you journal. I have to admit that I learned a lot from the dogs I owned over the years, mostly about unconditional love and honesty.
I believe that dogs are the most honest creatures. They are sincere and so loyal, These are very endearing traits and I can't help but loving them.
Except for gold fish when the kids we little, I never had any other pets so I do not know about them. But then, they just sit there or should I say, swim there.
I am glad you are enjoying your house guest. Cheers.
Define sin. In my book it is what is not readily accepted by one's culture. The truth is, that what is nomral in one culture, can be abnormal in another.
God's love is all very nice if that is what works for you. However, you must first recognize that there is a problem and face it before you can change.
