All you said is probably a creation of some far advanced civilization except the sun moon and the conditions on earth ,We always assume that the big creator created us and life on earth...The big creator could be pure energy in its purest sense ,a highly intelligent source of energy ,one we go back to when our shell ( our body and life on earth and in this form ) ends ...to be sent in to a different form of being in some parallel universe ,dimension ...
The phrase "absence of evidence is not evidence of absence." just because we are unable to see or acknowledge something at this moment in time it still doesn`t mean its not out there in some form and some dimension
Glatlol Well you are talking about organized religion , and your ,lets say disappointment's,in it or inability to find your self in one of those teachings ... and you saw it as the right thing to transfer it on your children , I mean that fine with me. most people project their beliefs on their children ,
As for letting them develop on their own regarding beliefs is not the same as letting them get away with some pranks and mischief's , especially when it leads to hurting someone

Gullie I do believe in God , I have chosen to be baptized at the age of 21 ,still I do have a pretty open mind about organized religion, things we are not aware yet ,the fact that we are using some 10% of our brain, that there are more than 13 dimensions out there ,that science does not have all the answers ,that the holy scripts have been rewritten and changed and the real ones are hidden ...that there are over two billion stars in our galaxy ,starts like our sun surrounded with a lot more planets ...that the universe is a unthinkable big place
Gullie I have chosen another approach at that moment ... I set him on the bed and started to tell him about different believes and disbelieves and that all of them have their reasons and arguments for their believe aka opinions
