Say hello to your dear friend from me. I am sorry she is experiencing such emotions. All change is good change, no matter how she feels about what she has just experienced. It is for a reason and she should know that there are no accidents or coincidences. Live in gratitude and acceptance and try to enjoy every moment we have.
respect, honesty, accepting people as they are, being non judgemental is great. taking care of someone all the time is not really good - everyone ought to be able to take care of themselves!
the easiest way is to get on with your life. live every moment as if it were your last. create your now and here. the fact is you someone has ended a relationship no matter for what reason.
All change is good, no matter what you think. Accept change and be grateful for whatever experience you go through for it is what your soul is here to experience.
There is only love and we are all one! Your higher self knows this. You must experience this in the physical body to understand what it feels like and all the emotions which are involved, to be able to evolve spiritually

I would like to, if i may, say that one should drop all expectations in relationships. Also one should not for one moment believe that your happiness is dependent on someone else, it is not!
