2 years out of a 12 year relationship, I live like a recluse. I know how much hard work and love and dedication I put into that relationship and it didn't work out, neither did the ones before it or after it. I've stopped believing in love between a man and a woman. At 38 I'm trying to embrace my loneliness because it will be with me for a very long time. I've grown pickier because I've learnt from past experience. Not everybody is meant to find everlasting love.
