I quit smoking couple of months ago tried champix, made me soo sick, tried patches, had really weird dreams & not much sleep now nicorette minis & just have a half of one when im strung out, they are not nice so the time between them is getting greater doing all the usual things, walking more, trying to eat healthy & not replace cigarettes with food, not easy more good days than bad now, think im winning soo not easy tho, some days are a breeze & others are a challenge, but one thing i know is i will never smoke again so to everyone going through this, hang in there & persevere, its not easy at all, but really is worth it
