hi quest, yes know what u mean, has been awhile now, still have days when the urge is huge, i really thought it would be gone by now geezzzz. i have not had one & still persist with the minis, but some days are a breeze & others are soo hard could easily have one if i let myself, have to be soo strong always, thanx, good luck with your cold turkey, i could never do that, have you stopped yet?? how is that going? take care

good on you Damian, i am three months now, but on nicorette minis, tried champix, made me sooooooooooooooo sick was horrid, but the minis seem to be doing the trick, tried patches as well, they jus gave me really bad dreams & not much else, i guess its mostly will power you need & i do have that jus needed that lil bit extra, so im happy to be off cigarettes, tho miss them at times, but i will never smoke again, jus have to keep busy when you think u want one, its sooo hard but sooo worth it, to not have one cheerin for you
