They don't curtail speech....they curtail hate speech which I agree with....freedom of speech also comes with responsibility....I think we manage our rights the proper way which is your freedom ends when you are trouncing on anothers rights and freedoms....and yes I like my chips and dip....I just wont be fitted with one...if I go missing maybe I don't want to be found.....
Generally most people I know travel once a year if at all....I guess its nice to have the money to jet set all over the place...or at least pretend you do.....
I wouldn't do it and the only real benefit I can see is if you went missing they could track your whereabouts or they found your body somewhere and they could identify you....

If you carry a bank card in Canada you're already chipped.....
