Good response, I always say I want someone that will make me smile, and if this guy started talking to me in a pub, or wherever, I know I wouldn't dismiss him.
I know this has been covered before, but I want a fresh response on it.
You read someones profile and it makes you smile and laugh, you think "I like the sound of this guys/girls personality", but when you look at the pic, you don't go "mmmmmmm, not bad".
I'm a self employed bookkeeper and have picked up 3 extra jobs this year. I think the recession is actually helping me because businesses are trying to cut costs and are using me instead of their accountants. The qualified accountants in the practice where I used to work, billed at €80 per hour, the partners at €120 per hour. I can still make a good living charging a fraction of those costs
