40 miles a week? ... thats really good, I usually walk 2 to 4 miles a day when I walk... are you toned and firm?... ... January isn't a good month for walking around here, I'm lucky to get 2 days a week when it's warm enough to walk... Now I wear warm clothes, and I can't wait for warmer weather so I can wear shorts and a tank top...
