It's always hard to watch someone die.. But Daniel you have to keep in mind that you were LUCKY enough to be there.. lots of people never get that chance.
No I don't think a man crying is ANY sign of weakness.. We are all human.. we all need to cry sometimes.
Actually I think its MUCH healthier to cry when you think you might.. Bottling up upset is never good for the heart and soul.
I had a good ole cry a few weeks ago when something upset me a lot.. (it wasnt even for ME haha)
It kind of came from nowhere, but I felt soo much better for getting it out of my system.
I'm not a cry baby at all.. but I think we all need to do it sometimes.. and its certainly NOT a sign of weakness in anyone.. regardless of being a man.
I think in a man it just shows a caring side.. anyway.. top tip.. IMO a lot of women like to see a man cry (haha no really)... It usually makes us want to give them a big hug.. it shows us that they are vulnerable.
Where I live it's considered the warmest part of the country. 25miles off shore are the Isles of Scilly some tropical pants grow (outside)..
There are still a lot of holiday makers around.. in the summer Cornwall is PACKED full of them.. They come because it's such a beautiful peaceful place. The scenery is amazing.. coastlines beaches and the Atlantic all around us.
It's a much slower pace of life than most other places in England. No one hurries to do anything.. There are gorgeous cosy comfy country pubs.. where you can sit by a roaring fire and listen to local people playing some great *Fiddley-dee* music.. on various instruments.. Everybody is friendly.. everybody treats you like a friend. And in the summer we do all that outside instead.
People here are not impressed with who owns.. wears.. or has what.
In the Summer.. we BBQ all the time.. practically live outside at the beaches.. People come from all over the UK to surf here.
We have a lot of history and stories here.. Excalibur.. Merlin.. King Arthur.. Knights of the Round table. Mermaids.. and all that.. that all comes from here..
There is *said* to be a lot of magic and mystery here.. Witches.. Wiccans .. Pagans and all sorts of (that are all still practised a lot) We have standing stones.. stones circles and all that kind of thing. Naked people dancing around fires.. (honestly lol)
We have wine-dy (so you know what i meant lol) country roads.. where often when another car is coming you have to pull right over and off the road as there is no room for two to pass..
We Gig row... (long skinny boats).. Sometimes we Close off the little town I live in and have all day *Sessions* of Carnivals and plays.. live music.. and laying on the grass all day with your buddies.. drinking something tasty in the sunshine..
There are A LOT of very talented people in Cornwall.. There is a lot of art.. and artists.. as there is so much for them to draw from.
We live in tree's.. eats babies.. and burn strangers..
Well.. that's what people often think.. haha
Is that enough to keep you going for a while Gilly?
RE: any sandwich connoisseurs here?
Oo I've tried those a few times when I've been over there.. I LOVE THEM!... haha
