am doing good, things were very bad for me 2 years back was down to my last few hundred savings and no hope of a job either, I was very very depressed and felt it was my fault I was in this position but it wasn't, I kept applying for jobs and eventually got a break also a close family member died and left me a lot of money so thats resting in my account, life is good at the moment
had the nicest chips today from a chip wagon in Newry, mmmm delicious and went back and ordered a Breakfast bap, greasy egg, 2 sausages , 2 rashers hash browns and all. tastiest food I've had in a long while
if you really want to knock the weight off P, try cycling, its high intensive cardio and will attack your fat reserves, The weight will fall off you, walking isnt great for weight loss its low intensity and will take far longer to see the same results you would see if you were to cycle
