Ok Gal! It's your own real dinner.... However, most women would gag at the presentation!

You'll have women nocking on your door within minutes since you posted your address in one of your threads
And just to confirm what I was saying, one of my neighbours who I sometimes do healing therapy to, knocked on my door last night ... with a plate full of food she'd cooked for their dinner and brought me some round. Such a kind and generous soul Sometimes we are so blessed but we don't notice the beauty around us
I seriously thought about it after my first divorce then the day dream got to the "crucial" part …. and I was like … get me out of here !!! Noooooooooooo!!
When my girlfriends and me get together we have the most amazing time!! Exchanging recipes and how best to keep the sink shinny. And of course our favourite subject is how best to make our partner feel like the king of the household!!
Nah!!! Just kidding!! We have the best time ever!! Building one another up and making a special brew or two
I'm not sure what you mean about covid changing women …. I'm quite distanced from 'the general norm' or 'expectations' where I live in a small town/big village. People have a bit of land, a few animals … people share … In our street we look out for one another … no idea who votes right, left or middle and we don't care … I thin it would serve the world if we all stopped thinking in terms of "what women do or don't" and "what men do or don't" and really take everyone on 'individual merit' whether man or woman …
One beautiful gestures back in March when we were severely "confined" was when I had left my empty gas bottle by my front door on the street but had missed the gas delivery man and so he hadn't been paid but he left me a full one anyway! He said later he wasn't about to leave me without gas during the confinement. How thoughtful and kind! Many people wouldn't have in case they didn't get paid later.
Most people were starving during the civil war... he was lucky to get bananas … many people especially children died of starvation and disease from being to weak to fight common infections … my parents were children during the civil war... they remember …
Ali, that is not what I read in the press or in articles secretly written by some Pakistani women... I'm not saying you personally do or would do those things, but they are happening all around you...
When were those laws that protect women enforced? Because nobody seems to have heard of them....
Might not be much of a culture shock... I was brought up by Spanish parents who grew up during Franco dictatorship Good job I grew up in France and had also a different cultural reference to learn from ...

It would depend whether you'd mind the involuntaly knee jerk reaction as you pulled said ponytails ... humour is a funny thing ...
I usually use the 'sitcom barometer' ...
If I saw it on TV happening to another person would I find it humourus or would I think the person 'doing it' is acting like a jerk?
If it's funny when happening to someone else then I need to lighten up and see the funny side. If it's still not funny even when it happens to somebody else then my thinking that the person is acting like a jerk could be justified
RE: Time
thanks for my second morning laugh!
