I find this amazing coming from a person who doesn't want "elderly" people on this sight. Yje one who is going to complain to the mods that too many "elderly" people are on here!!

If your behavior here bespeaks of the pentecostal religion...I am glad to have left religion. Never did I say I was retired from it! I walked away from it...due to the kind of love you and other Christians exhibit
Oh...I might add, that also..when I thought a certain member was being stalked by an over-zealous new member...I was told to back off "..a little stalking is good" So I will but out of others affairs and not try to be supportive!!- I thought women hated stalkers!! silly me!
But the Bible teaches that God is the same yesterday today and forever! Now did he change things or are they the same...no middle of the road, here!
If God is the same yesterday, today and forever...when is the last time you killed a fatted calf for a sacrifice for sins? When is the last time you greeted the brethren with "an holy kiss"?
so when Jesus said you have not because you ask not...the obligation is on Christ, not the person in need?
Miracles are out there for any to receive...most are not received because people don't accept them.
It is basically the faith of the person acting as a mediator betwenn the giver, and the recipient! no person does miracles. Only Christ does miracles THROUGH a person of FAITH.
That is if you believe the New testament....which I have doubts about

is this god not powerful enough to by-pass these laws?? once you are dead...you are dead...but to a Christian..God overcame death. The OP was asking why God won't perform a miracle for theses people ...not continue the laws of science
