Absolutely! I found that often there are patterns of behaviours ... and learned to recognise what some people call 'red flags' ... so when being observant, walking away is easier earlier rather than later when we are more deeply emotionally invested ... It also takes trusting our own judgement and sense of observation, anything that makes ud uncomfortable, rather than brush it off as 'not important' and telling ourself 'it'll be ok' just because we want it to wotk...
Which goes back to what I said earlier .... our humaness makes us less than perfect ... not to be confused with extremes of behaviour as a character trait ...
Serene makes a good point, someone's extreme behaviour can be the result emotional trauma or other...
I think it's up to everyone to set bounderies so they're not affected adversely by other's idiosyncrasies ... may be ...
There is a difference between having a balance of 'humaness' which means perfection is mostly elusive and having a character trait that is so predominently toxic that it affects the quality of the lives of those who don't set firm bounderies and or walk away ... I think ...
Sounds like you could do with food grade Diatomaceous earth... You can put it on his fur and in you bed and on the floor ... anywhere ... I sprinkle some in my car too in case my dogs leave any 'uninvited friends' behind... I put it in their space and every now and then under my furniture .... You can vacum it all off from any surface ... I get food grade instead of animal grade so if they lick themselves it won't be harmful... It's also good for getting rid of intestinal parasites ...
There is a difference between giving some though to what we wear including the criteria KBee mentions and 'dressing to impress' .... and yes personality will probably have played a part the moment the garment was picked ... unless the woman is 'controled by someone' and doesn't get to pick what to buy ....

My art ruler measures 1 m... but of course I understand it will never reach 15 m from the sun
