Any advice for earaches?

I woke up this morning about 3:00 a.m. to one of the worst earaches i can get and i have nothing here to treat it and really don't want to go to the e room any suggestions?

I don't have a job anymore that is physically demanding.

Well, i need to lose a little weight, how bout anyone else.

What are some good diets, regimens, or routine's that can help everyone including myself out?

I work out but need to start watching what i eat.

I know i know, lay off the beer right...
