Even if you have a trade, every country it's something different, and sometimes, you have to upgrade to bring it to that countries standards, before someone will even hire you, i know it's not nice to make demands, but the reality is it might take some time to get going, so this all needs to be dicussed, and is the person eagar to go out and work?hopefully?
