The Jets were really not that bad last year as their record would indicate. The missing link was the qb...They had a good defense and Mangini is a bright coach.
They made some huge signings in the off season and they have an O line to protect Favre.
I think the Jets will get to the playoffs, but Favre will throw his usual 48754875984 interceptions in a playoff game.
They are your kids, so I can't really give advice. If you think you made the right call, then you surely did. Especially if you do not trust one of the kids....
They don't have the juice this year. Sorry. I am normally not a cubs fan, but I do want to see them win it this year....it would be really good for baseball...
Well it's really late in America...on both coasts and in between and it's really early in Europe. Figure it out and the Cubs are winning the whole damn thing this year
Any lovely lady is welcome to use me in Sweden as a tourist guide and a place to stay! I like being used, so by all means come to Sweden and use me. I promise the coffee will be strong...
[quote=OverTheWindow From the beginning of your thread I thought you hate Europe for good (oh, I don't know how is life in Sweden, but is it so similar to Hell?)
Yes, it is worse than Hell in the winter time. Try surviving a winter in Sweden. I think Mars gets more sunlight in the winter time.
I don't hate Europe, just got a little tired of it. I will say that Europe is no California. JMO.
Also, I have had no less than 10 people say that I have an accent!!! Gosh, I can't believe it. I guess these things happen considering that I have been serving time living in Sweden for nine years....
This trip back home to the San Francisco bay area and to Vegas has been simply awesome. It's so nice to be with friends and family....and with the American culuture....especially watching baseball games everyday and hearing about Brett Favre 24-7 on espn...jk
Anyways, I have met a lot of cool and interesting new people here. Made some new friends and will surely try and not visit any desert during the summer. Man is Vegas a scorching hot at times, but somehow I can get used to it...kinda.
I guess it's time for me to go back to Sweden and be with my kids and finish the baseball season there. I really miss my kids and they really miss me. I just talked to them and all they want to know is what presents and clothes I bought for them
So I will be back in Sweden on Saturday after my 20 hour trip
Back to being with Swedes and that culture...yay But it's cool, I actually don't hate it and do like that country when I focus on the positives...
So I will be back to posting at my normal level on this forum when I get back Sweden cause things are not as fast as they are here on the west coast.
Okay, see you people soon and let it be known that San Francisco and Las Vegas are two awesome cities to visit if you ever want to suck in the west coast culture see some aweomse sites as well as be around some cool and interesting people....
I showed up about 9 pm and there were maybe 4 people at the casbah So I had a couple of drinks in the Sarhara then took off with my brother to the Venetian and partied at some bar there....good times
Okay...I just got back a little while ago. I am showing up to this gathering tonight around 9ish with my brother...I may or may not be kinda smashed by the time I get there...
What's going on my friend I see the old gang is back to playing chess in the God thread again I think Aries is doing a good job in there You are doing your thing as usual...the force is strong in you...stop hiding it
Man, I am trying to remember some weird dream I had last night...I think it was a message....
I'll have to sit this one out. It's my last full day here at home, and I have a whole lot lined up on my agenda...but I will be going to the bookstore in the mall....going straight to the metaphysics section...
I must have consumed at least 15 beers last night and smoked a few hits from the peace pipe...My barbeque party turned out to be great times with some old friends and my mom hangin around listening to all the conversations... I did feel good when I woke up about an hour ago...
Hi everybody I just thought I'd let everybody know that I had a powerful woody when I woke up about 45 minutes ago must be this Cali sun or something...cause it's been happening everyday...okay surely too much info...sorry
Anyways, I'm out for the day. Going on a major bike ride out on some trails then I'll come home and lay out and do some swimming. I am having a little barbeque party tonight, so if anyone wants to magically pop up, you are more than welcome...
No it does not However, it is not revealing the perceived God as most Americans and Europeans percieve God. So in a sense the way God is portrayed in some relgions can be viewed as a myth in the way of God existing as a being or as a man or the Father. I am not saying the scriptures are false by any means, just the way this God source was expressed by men. I am working on an angle on how this God source was interpreted incorrectly when the respective scriptures were written...and I have some scientific evidence to back me up as well as my own observations and paranormal experiences.
So to answer Gilly, there is one Source that is in us and that Source is a higher consciousness that connects us, our realities/illusions, past-present-future and the universe together...
And the Source (God) is not responsible for any good or bad on our planet. That job belongs to us spiritual beings on an earthly journey. We create and manifest cause in a sense, we are all Gods with a free will. So that is why it is vital to know/love/understand yourself so you can do the same with others, and the only way to happiness or heaven (state of mind) is through yourself (God as many religous people would tell ya)...trust me, this is what I have experienced and observed. If you believe in yourself, then in a sense you believe in God.
oops, I meant like 82 degrees...my head is still stuck in the celsius mode for some reason...lol
I've seen a few redwood trees, but I need to get to the forest in the next couple of days...so much to do in such little time. Everybody now wants to see me at once...yay

I really do not want to get on that plane tomorrow...20 hour trip...yaybut it's cool, I guess I have no choice but to focus on the positives in Sweden... My kids best love the clothes I bought them...
