I bought 3 jointers...(tirs a joint concave),(tirs a joint roulant),and (tirs a joint langue de chat)....I'm not sure how to say it in English.It's for smoothing out the joints of the bricks.

Incline bench press is like the regular bench press,,,,just that the bench is at a 45 degree angle upwards,and it works the upper chest muscles.

Then there's the decline bench press where the bench is at 45 degrees downwards and works the lower chest muscles.

I did an incline bench of 675lbs on Wednesday....I'm gonna try to hit 700 tonight...but it's not gonna be easy.
