I would give it back to her.
I think I said before when you asked something similar..
If I found a million quid in a case.. I would keep it as long as I could.. read all the papers/news etc.. and see if anyone came forward missing the moola.. If nothing had happened in maybe 6 mths I would 'assume' that it was 'baaaad persons' money.. and keep it. If it were someone genuine.. it would be all over then news.
But in this case.. I would already know it belonged to someone. So I would give it back.

Well that crazy imitation redhead above me is one of my "kids" and if she ever had a big bundle and didn't split it with me I would do great bodily harm to her.

Def. give it back to her. Once saw an old lady drop a 100, and had to run to get it back to her. Could have kept it and nobody would have ever known, except me, and I couldnt live with that.
Have found purses in grocery carts as well as at a carnival, turned them in both times... I have lost mine and all inside it about 3 or 4 times now, and I know how bad it sucks, what a pain to get a new DL SS cards ect...
