It's a proven fact that nothing combats depression like physical activity.Especially in the summer..... There's so many activities to do.Today after work,it was a beautiful day, I went down to(Mount Royal), the biggest park in my city.It was nice to see people playing soccer on one side,some other people playing cricket,people bicycling,people going up the mountain in their bikes,or just walking up the mountain,or just laying in the sun reading a book or tanning.I've always been a firm believer that when it comes to exercise,it's important to do what you enjoy.
Personally,I never believed in supplements,injections,or steroids.I've always believed in natural foods and discipline to get desired results.
Sleep.....USUALLY I get enough but some days I've missed out.
Laughter.....I don't laugh enough maybe.People tell me to smile more often.One in particular keeps telling me to smile,and she'll promise to 'sew the stitches back on'.
