Natural HGH How to boost your natural HGH levels? It's well known that human growth hormone (HGH) is essential for achieving optimal health. Falling HGH levels result in premature aging, loss of lean body mass, lower levels of energy, and a whole host of other aging-related symptoms. But getting a boost in growth hormone should come from natural sources, not drug injections, say an increasing number of doctors and nutritionists. In other words: if you want the anti-aging benefits of HGH, you'll be far better off finding ways to allow your body to create the substance on its own. But how do you do that?
There are all sorts of nutritional supplements that serve as precursors to HGH synthesis in the human body, and that's a good place to start. But supplements alone will do you little good if your body isn't primed to use the raw materials and actually start building human growth hormone for you. There are many ways to convince your body that it needs more growth hormone, but none of them involve sitting on the couch, punching away at the TV remote. If you want HGH, you have to earn it.
The number one method for convincing your body to generate HGH is high intensity strength training. It's yet one more good reason to start a program of strength training, and it doesn't mean you need to join a gym or start pumping weights, either. You can get a fantastic, high-intensity workout using nothing but your body and a mat on the floor if you learn about something called "body weight training." It means using your body as the weight. For starters, try a one-legged squat. Just stand on one leg, lower yourself to the ground, then raised yourself back up without using your other leg. Not so easy, is it? Learn more about Pilates or get involved in adult gymnastics to discover even more ways to practice strength training using your body weight.
Nothing beats strength training for creating human growth hormone, but there's another factor that's just as important: adequate sleep. Studies show that growth hormone is produced during the later stages of nightly sleep, and if you cut your sleep short (five or six hours instead of seven or eight), you short-change your HGH production. Sleep is absolutely essential for staying young, healthy, and vibrant. Aim for eight hours each night.
Lack of stress is also critical for proper human growth hormone balance -- a body that's under constant stress will experience a decline in HGH production. (That's due to the interaction of stress hormones like adrenaline.) So, in a very real sense, staying relaxed and stress-free will make you live longer. Good ways to reduce stress include meditation, cardiovascular exercise, and my favorite: laughter.
Get lots of laughter in your life. Or do what I do and join a comedy improv group so you can have a good hour or two of laughter each week -- even if you're laughing at yourself! A famous person once said, "He who can laugh at himself will never suffer from a lack of entertainment." Dr. Patch Adams was a strong advocate of laughter for healing, and if you pick up any books by Dr. Bernie Siegel, you'll learn even more about the healing powers of laughter. Laughter is great medicine, and it's fantastic for generating HGH.
Boosting Natural HgH Products like Sytropin (HgH releaser spray) can help you boost your natural HgH level in your body. It is completely safe and natural product without any known side effects. Highly recommended.
Are any CS'rs taking an HGH product, spray, or injections? Could you share with us testimonies of your results? How many of you get plenty of sleep, producing your own HGH, along with lots and lots of Laughter? What works best for you?
It's a proven fact that nothing combats depression like physical activity.Especially in the summer..... There's so many activities to do.Today after work,it was a beautiful day, I went down to(Mount Royal), the biggest park in my city.It was nice to see people playing soccer on one side, some other people playing cricket, people bicycling, people going up the mountain in their bikes,or just walking up the mountain,or just laying in the sun reading a book or tanning.I've always been a firm believer that when it comes to exercise,it's important to do what you enjoy.
Personally,I never believed in supplements, injections,or steroids.I've always believed in natural foods and discipline to get desired results.
Sleep.....USUALLY I get enough but some days I've missed out.
Laughter.....I don't laugh enough maybe.People tell me to smile more often. One in particular keeps telling me to smile, and she'll promise to 'sew the stitches back on'.

I smile on the inside.
If you are smiling on the inside, let it overflow right onto your face!! Besides... it makes people wonder what you've been up to!
Natural is the only way to go!
Sounds like you are on the right track... keep it up!

Not really there is no better way of getting it than from an injection your body simply can not produce as much as you can safely inject , for the record HGH is not technically a drug whilst it does sometimes have drugs added to preserve it , it is a hormone extracted from cadavers , this is why it is so expensive (actually it has recently dropped in price) the fact that it comes from cadavers is what also makes the black market products so dangerous , this is on account of some peoples lack of screening for things like HIV , hepatises and so forth , the main thing used as fake HGH is an infant growth hormone taken from the placenta this hormone is relatively cheap and extremely common in the body building scene (one of it’s main uses is in post cycle therapy to speed up the reproductive systems recovery after being shut down from high doses of steroids )

Body weight training is not high intensity training, High intensity strength training requires performing resistance training using weights or resistance machines ,

Im not trying to start an argument or have a go at you personally but I have to point out that the info you supplied on single leg bodyweight squats is inadequate for any one to fallow and perform them with proper/safe form

It’s not about how long you sleep it’s about the type of sleep , GH is released predominately during deep sleep 5 - 6 hours can be plenty for a lot of people , a great supplement for getting you into the deep sleep quickly is ZMA it wont help you drop off but when you do you will have a really good nights sleep
mindfful: omygosh it is NOT a reliable source for information-
I do know hun , however I did not feel like spending half an hour searching for a 100% credible site , so I took wiki’s word hence why I said I stand to be corrected

crotalus_p: Sorry but it only counts as cardio
Now how would you know this? You have no idea which positions he may be using. Perhaps she has her legs wrapped around his waist and he is standing upright, lifting her up and down by her buttocks with his hands and arms, while running wildly through the house or the yard???!!!
