We have experienced similar bailouts by the Federal Govt, towards Mitsubishi, with the parent company being in Japan.
Sure, people's jobs are at risk, huge tax revenue for the govt if these companies fold. Where do they draw the line. It's easy to be skeptical, and there are easy way to resolve these issues. Certainly, whichever company is concerned regarding govt bail out, they still need close scrutiny to see how and why they have arrived at such losses, is it bad management, or, what else?
I really do feel for you all with that tough weather in the nth'n hemisphere. I couldn't imagine that, day in, day out. Not in such a relentless manner, anyway.
My CS screen has completely changed to the new one.
That explains the funny things that happened in the last week, like losing some emails just after opening them, someone on my 'friend's' list disappeared, didn't know until a GF asked my I had removed her???
Looks cool though, now. Seems more user friendly. Look forward to checking out all the new flowers we now are supposed to have, too.
Great news! I picked up my Italian passport today. It felt exhilarating to read on the cover....
UNIONE EUROPEA
REPUBLICA ITLAIANA
PASSAPORTO
And better still, the Italians in the town where I was born, entered me as having the 'marital status' of 'SINGLE'. They said at the time, 'divorced'? That's under Australian law, we don't give a damn about that.
RE: The Good Morning Hot Croissant Thread
The sooner the better, gorgeous Miro! Now that I have my Italian passport, no more non-EU queues!
