That's the problem heartburn is caused by the food sitting in the stomach and releasing acidic gasses into the esophogus. The new acid acts the same way that a lemon makes your mouth water, it stimulates the production of acid which in turn completes digestion ends the acid bath that is irritating the little flap (the one that gets cancer, can't remember the name right now) and making it pull back. Personally I hate the vinegar way but it's the one that the practitioners of asian medicine from thousands of years ago used, thus the one that's more verifiable.
The Samurai understood the real cause of heartburn wasn't too much acid, it was not enough. The Samurai treatment was a spoonful of vinegar, I prefer lemon juice, it takes a little more but it doesn't affect my moods. Remember to wash your mouth out afterward so that it doesn't etch your teeth.
I'd like to apologize to someone for leading them into an argument about a subject that I didn't care about just to see how they would react when their belief was challenged. I think he'll know who he is, it's one of the first things that I did when I came here and it was inhuman, I'm sorry.

Situational Anxiety To grow, we must experience rain, cold, wet moments that seem like they will never end. They end. Clouds almost never part all at once; you see a little bright spot, a shaft of light, then bit by bit the blue sky is revealed and the thing that you’ve hoped for, yearned for and idealized becomes reality.
Actually, I've seen it work, like the couple that introduced my parents... They're together, my parents aren't. If it works between two people then I wish them happiness. Too many people are interested (see: judgemental) in what makes others happy. As long as it's not preditory, it's none of my business.
