Bike insurance is dirt cheap out here, beats 4wheeler insurance(US bikers call em cages). US petrol is pretty cheap, not as cheap as it should be (politics and greed suck) but pretty cheap here, I live up the road from the refineries.
95, ouch. My insurance just recovered from flipping a classic truck.
Yeah, I know, at 80 mpg. I'm the only one in my family who hasn't gotten a motorcycle. I want to do it after winter, this is supposed to be OK's worst.
Yeah, these days the things that are being raced aren't even close to what's on the streets, it's just a go-kart race. That's why I'm starting to like like rally (my brother's passion), both dirt and paved, all the cars are street legal.
Well, some of us add pictures to show people who we are, we also answer forums like this one to voice opinions and tell more about ourselves...like your name, it hints pretty loudly that you're a Buckcherry fan. That's a good start.
Hey neighbor, welcome to CS. Saying 'hi' in the forums was a good start, this thing is like anywhere else in the world, everybody has good days and bad, some days you're bitten and other days it's your turn.
True, I'm thinking about what's really important to do in a lifetime. Are there any specific goals like climbing a certain mountain or sky-diving or charity...
If you got the news that you had a terminal illness and no one knew how long you had to live, what would you do with your remaining time? Is it the same list as the things you're putting off today?
Yeah, I've been on the recieving end of that case, I flipped a classic truck (1969 dodge 318 adventurer manual, camper special edition with custom topper and petty blue/white paint) end over end after running into high water. It's off my record, insurance is clean again but I really miss that truck, it was the family truck, belongs to my mom.
RE: The Soldier
