my mama used to say anything that
starts out white hot will burn out just as quickly

and for some people the do think they mean it

i know for the crash and burns ive had in life
its often-if its a pattern,
something i need to be willing to change

if i dont do sumpin differnt
i wont get nuffin different

a lesson my kids had to learn early on
if nothing changes nothing changes
and i can only change me...

my 28 yr old son thanked me just this weekend
for teaching him self examination...

i avoid some people tho when i find theyve been
saying hurtful things about me and id had no idea they didnt like me
its embarrassing and i become afraid to respond arund them
thinking they might do it some more-
so sometimes i try to become invisible to them
but i accidently make the forcefield to big
and no one else sees me either-
