Taking time out from the gym decided to take myself to the beach enjoying my lunch enjoying the music screaming from my headphones best part is there's a lovely family nearby who mind my bag when I drive in for some body surfing lovely people.

Thinking of no gym for a week head to the beach all week I'm a Cancerian it's true we love the water & yep at times we retreat in our shells for time out.
They were fun times puts a smile on my face going down memory lane not too far down that lane.
