in the usa they have different meanings for loads of words

as i have stated here in Ireland,,, ''deadly means brillant'' in a slang type. example this site is deadly,, so the usa meaning is differrent

oh but i meant deadly meaning brilliant, misunderstanding in meaning of the words, example of irish slang--he is a deadly footballer,, he is a deadly swimmer ect..
