i was a half bold boy mesef at times, i grew wise doe and droped most of the 'so called friends' i was hanging around, a good few of them moved onto class A drugs, i sometimes pity them now
im off the beer now 5 weeks and doing alot of training and diet lost a full stone so far, it is brillant waking up fresh with no hangover, and im thinking much clearer without it, coffee is my new addiction
i suffered with insomia for years, on and off, i had noting on my mind, it just would not click off to sleep, like a train on the track it kept going but now i've learnt how to stop the train and fall asleep, plus i done alot of studying about it, everyone in the world will suffer with with sleepless nights at some piont in there lifes. when its vey serious sleeping tablets can be the only answer
