Most internet cafes don't allow downloading, if you saved them to load them at a later time and they find them they might delete them...

you can buy cheap mobile phones like a sony ecrisson txt and stick a 32gb micro sd card in it...that holds thousands of songs..good sound quality and excellent battery life
