I made a concious decision a few years ago that I wasn't going to date untill I had gotton my boys to a certain age, I wanted to give them 100% me... I didn't feel at the time that I could do both, I felt that A.. The kids might miss out...or B.. potential partners might...C...didnt want to meet someone and if it not work out, the kids to have to go through the mess..D...if I realy liked the person and it didn't work out, didn't want to have to cope with a broken heart and be mum at the same time, it wouldn't be fair on the kids..E...didn't want to make finding a partner a priorty in my life...Fdidn't want to have to do the whole dating scene(thank God for technology)..When I made these choices I had broken from a relationship and was heartbroken, I then decided that I was dwelling to much on this person and myself and felt I wasn't giving what I should of been to the boys...In fairness I've learned to like my own company and know that if I was to meet somebody and decide to make a go of things it will be for the right reasons.. not lonlyness, or wanting a father for my children, as I have proven to myself that Children can grow up fine in a one parent family enviroment and that I'm cappable of doing a good job on my own...I have seen to many people get together for the wrong reasons and the crap that it can cause every one involved.. so now that ~I'v said all that I'm ready to date again yehaa

I've been through this God knows, and I am not relligious,....
in nature or any form of life it takes TWO adults to make a child, that is for one reason....IT'S DAMN HARD WORK....
1. Of course Daddy (or any one else other than you, are great) they are giving a wonderful moment with the kids, and if you have sense,
YOUR GONNA ENJOY THE BREAK.
2.As long as your doing your best, as a person, and then a Mother,(know who you are as well as what your position in life is)
3.Remember, if your not ok. Then the kids arent Ok..(Remind Daddy or others of that).
4.Accept that you are gonna have moments,(sometimes)
5.Decide, that when you do, if needed, appologise,BUT DONT OVER APPOLOGISE.(or they will take advantage?.)hehe...
6.Don't beat your self up for not being two parents,
7.Praise your self for being a great one.
8.every so often, let them talk to you for real(That means letting them have thier little moment)ie. in front of you let them show off a tad, (They might get a tad bit brave infront of there friends)thats when you smile and say, I'll talk to you in a while...(you dont need to embarress them)
9.Do realise.(this is my hardest)that even though your cool and great, and all there friends wish there mums were like you...(he or she probably doesent)
10. Most of all (they love you no matter what)live up to your best,
.....Give a child anger, and he will grow hatred.......
.....Give a child insults, and he will be insecure......
.....Give a child laughter, and he will smile.........
.....Give a child compassion, and he will understand....
.....Give your child iggnorence, and he'll allways be unjust......

offer your demons, a diet coke a treadmile and a, sense of humour when your cranky....hehehhe...
your demons are you, offer them nothing, but acknolege that they exist... no matter who you are, they are a definate part of you....know it and respect it, and realise, it is there...
then you can allow it to sit at your table, with out allowing it to controle the menue...

i dont know, after sitting here a few, and i dont know....i know i'm me, and i'm nice enough, i've a good heart, but i dont know what could be said for that .....ok, stupid things, when my boys fight {I take that extra moment after giving out) to descreetly listen to them making up....I actually love to listen to them make up...they both genuinrly worry about how they might of made each other feel, they talk about it afterwards....
