Wow! Do we live in the same country???? If access to booze is the most important thing to you, I'm sure you can find another more suitable country to live in. Unless someone is holding a gun to your head, forcing you to live here? Oh, no, that's right - most people don't have guns here - how awful!!!! And, besides - if booze shortage is your biggest problem, you don't really have much to complain about, do you? Not compared to the "real" problems of the world...
