I think it depends on what "alone" means? Does alone mean not having any strong freindships or conections or simply not living with a man/woman? I hate the fac that solitude is often looked at as a social disease while it can be a perfectly reasonable choice! None of us are REALLY alone and some of us are better suited to solitude than others.

Sometimes bonds grow and sometimes they don't. But I agree, put the kids first, that love is way more lasting.
